Neonatal Follow-Up Clinic
The follow-up clinic for neonates (FUNN Clinic) cares for babies born prematurely, with a low birth weight, or other medical issues that may affect how the baby develops.
The clinic is for babies who have been released from Lakeridge Health’s NICU but if your baby was in another hospital’s NICU, you can still visit the FUNN Clinic. Please have your doctor call for an appointment.
Babies attend the FUNN Clinic until they are two years old. A team of health care providers, including a doctor specializing in newborns, monitor weight and size, motor and cognitive skills, and feeding and sleeping. The team can provide ways to promote growth and development.

Directions
From Hospital Court, enter through the main lobby and continue past the food court to the A-wing hallway, located just past the lobby escalators. Take the elevator, located on your left, to the third floor. When you reach the third floor, continue to the FUNN Clinic check-in desk, which will be located on your right.
